Cucumbers are in season and one of my favorite vegetables to munch on. Cucumbers are low in calories, and with 95% water content a great way to keep hydrate during these hot summer days.
Sure you can eat them straight up with a little salt but how about pairing them with some sweet ripe mango , herbs and lime?
