Ingredients

  • 2 cups- cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 each- lemon, juiced
  • 1 each- lime- juiced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Water and ice cubes
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Place cucumbers, lemon juice, lime juice, salt in blender. Blend until smooth. Add a few handfuls of ice and water to achieve desired consistency.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup as desired.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
